I white heat embossed some fish, the sentiment, and some bubbles and then used my Gansai Tambi watercolors over the top. I used some light blue, dark blue, pink, and purple. I colored the fish first with some loosey goosey watercolor and then colored the background and allowed the colors to bleed together. I trimmed down the panel and popped it up with fun foam!
